In line with this commitment, we have a strict No Returns and Refund Policy.


1. No Returns or Exchanges:

All of our jewellery is custom-made to your personal specifications and hence cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, incorrect size (resizing is available), or change of mind.
  • Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be entertained.


2. Quality Assurance:

  • We guarantee the quality and authenticity of our diamond jewellery.
  • Our diamonds are ethically sourced and meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards in the industry.


3. Transparency:

  • We provide detailed product descriptions, images, and certifications to help you make an informed decision before making a purchase. We also offer in person and virtual consultations which gives customers ample opportunity to make an informed decision.


4. Warranty:

  • All our diamond jewellery comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with the workmanship, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.


5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Once an order is placed, it means the order for the diamond has already been placed. Hence the deposit is non-refundable but you can cancel the order. A cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact our Customer Service team for further information.

  • While we do not offer refunds or returns, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

8. Return A Faulty or Damaged Order:

  • Email and one of our team members will arrange for your order to be sent back.
  • When returning by mail, all returns and exchanges must include all original packaging and corresponding materials. Wrap the jewellery securely in a secure and protective shipping package together with a copy of the invoice and your contact details. Failure to do this may results in you not receiving the full refund amount.
  • Own shipping method and insurance. Returns postage and insurance is at your own expense. This applies to all clients, whether local or international. Kashmiri Jewellery is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of delivery, such as a signature by us on receipt and consider insuring the package for the amount you paid.

9. Refund Process

Once we receive your order, our jeweller will verify the condition of the item and documents. Returns take between 1 to 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. A refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. If for any reason you require an alternative form of payment, please contact us.


10. Exceptions To This Returns Policy

Kashmiri Jewellery reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange to any client the price of the jewellery if:

  • It is not returned within 30 days of our dispatch.
  • There is evidence of use and wear of the item.
  • It is a specially (custom) made item.
  • It is a ring that has been resized to your specifications (including a ring that is made in your finger size specially for you).
  • An incorrect finger size is supplied by the client.
  • The reason is not related to quality issues.
  • The quality issue can be easily rectified by our jeweller.
  • Damage has been done due to insufficient or careless packaging.
  • The item has be altered by another jeweller.
